Every package is carefully wrapped with bubble wrap and colorful tissue paper. If you're sending your purchase as a gift, I am happy to include a short gift note for you!

Because of the nature of custom orders and digital downloads, unless they arrive damaged or defective, refunds are only available in the following circumstances:

For instant downloadable items, refunds are given if the file has not been downloaded.

For custom designs, refunds are given if you cancel within 24 hours of purchasing and before I have begun work on the design.

For damaged or defective items, please notify me within 3 days of receiving. Please keep the box and all the packaging materials. This is necessary for me to submit an insurance claim and for your order to qualify for a replacement.

For stock items, exchanges are given if you contact me within 5 days of receiving. You will be responsible for return shipping.

Your design proof will not be started until payment is confirmed. Once payment has been confirmed, we will send a proof for you to review via Etsy convo within the posted turnaround time – stated on the listing (typically up to 2 business days).

Your design fee includes 2 rounds of proofs. If additional changes are required, an additional $5 design fee may be added per additional round of proofs (unless changes required are due to an error on our part). We will send your order to print after any requested revisions have been made & you've provided print approval.

Please review your proof within 48 hours, if possible. Be sure to check your junk mail folder if you have not received a message from me within 3 business days of your order date.

If I have not heard back from you at all on your design approval, I will contact you at least 4 times via the email addresses you provided to me via Etsy and through Etsy convos. After that, I will consider the design approved, and will ship your order as I have designed it.

Please note, when you are in the checkout screen, you must enter the correct shipping address there before you checkout. If for some reason you do not, I cannot change your shipping address on my end. Please send me an etsy message and you can re-order your item and I will cancel and refund the purchase with the wrong address used.
